Customer Interviews No. 1

From this assignment, I learned that there is an opportunity for the university to have a better meal plan. These UF students mainly had meal plans and argued about how there wasn't enough variety and that the quality wasn't that great. I think that now the opportunity is greater for UF to make a better meal plan so more students would purchase it.

Interviewing customers for me wasn't that hard. Im adjusted to talking to random people every day in my life so this assignment was not hard for me.

    Your layout of interviews came out well, and it was very self explanatory! I'm also the same way as you in terms of having to go out and interview people. It doesn't bother me at all going out of my way to conduct interviews with people. A major key is to never be shy when doing these things!

    I liked how you formatted all of your interviews the same-this was it easier to read visually. I will say that I wish I could hear more about their experience in the dining hall-like a specific experience. I also would like to know what their thoughts on specific ways it could improve.
