Revenue Drivers: Since my audience is targeting only college students who use a meal plan, the different types of meal plans my company will offer is the only revenue driver I have.
Whats Next: The next product that customers would want that I could think of would be a buffet style restaurant that could have the same food as my on campus locations. Doing this will expand my companies consumer base by reaching out to people of all ages, not just college students.
Amazon: There is no such product as to a buffet restaurant that can be found on Amazon.
I think this product will be good because it allows me to expand to new customers that aren't college students. These customers might enjoy the food and help make the business grow by telling their friends and family about it as well.
Hey Andrew, looks like you put a lot of thought and effort into this assignment. I really like your idea of providing better food for a better price to students. I think it would be pretty easy to expand your idea into other markets as well. Maybe look into where students go after they graduate and try to move into markets where your old customers are going. That way you have some free advertising when they tell all their friends how awesome it was back in college. Well good luck, here's a link to mine http://thegarrick.blogspot.com/2016/03/amazon-whisperer.html?m=1

ReplyDeleteHi Andrew!
What a horrid post! Just kidding. I understand how it would be very hard to try and makeshift a product to fit into this assignment considering your idea. I havent been following your buffet idea since conception, but I read your post here. Be careful, college kids eat a lot!

I really like this idea. This applies to me a lot because I am always in search of good food at a great price. If you can get this idea to every college student on every campus, this could potentially blow up. Knowing how much college students eat, this idea should have no problem succeeding. Just reach your target market and you are set. Good luck with the rest of the class.
